How it works
# PRISMA 2020 $ scopetools run prisma-docx Deterministic — no model. It maps the manuscript into IMRaD sections and paragraphs, locates each of the 42 items by its wording and reporting rules, and writes 'Methods, paragraph 2'-style locations into the official .docx. Items it cannot find are marked 'Not reported' so you see the gaps before the journal does.
Deterministic; it writes into the official file — the bundled one, or the journal's if you upload it. What it cannot find becomes “Not reported”: the gap shows up for you before it shows up for the editor. It never invents a location. The output is always in English (it goes to the journal).
